These Terms govern your use of the Sorellina Clinic website and the booking of treatments. By using this website or making a booking you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Booking

Card-Hold Policy

No charge is made at the time of booking. Card details are saved via Stripe solely to hold your slot. Your card is only charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (£10 fee — see Section 3).

Consent Forms

Completion of the relevant consent form is mandatory before aesthetic, laser or injectable treatments. Failure to complete may result in your appointment being refused.

3. Cancellation Policy

24+ hours notice: no charge — reschedule or cancel free
Under 24 hours notice: £10 fee charged to the saved card
No-show: £10 fee charged to the saved card
Repeated cancellations: future bookings may require a pre-paid deposit

4. Treatment Suitability

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if, in the clinical judgement of the practitioner, it is not appropriate. Where treatment is refused on clinical grounds, a full refund will be provided.

5. Results

Individual results vary. Sorellina Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes. Before/after photographs represent individual results only.

6. Payments

All prices in £ inclusive of VAT where applicable
The price confirmed at time of booking will be honoured
Gift vouchers and membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law

7. Complaints

Contact us immediately for adverse reactions: support@sorellinaclinic.com or 020 3621 3278. For serious reactions, contact NHS 111 or your GP. Complaints should be raised within 12 months of treatment; we respond within 14 working days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
