Aftercare & Maintenance

We recommend a 48-hour "white diet" after treatment — avoiding foods and drinks that stain (coffee, tea, red wine, dark sauces) — to allow the enamel to close fully and lock in your new shade.

Am I Suitable?

Teeth whitening is suitable for most adults with natural teeth. It is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, those under 18, clients with active gum disease or untreated cavities, or those with very sensitive teeth without a desensitising treatment first. Whitening does not alter the colour of crowns, veneers, bridges or fillings.
